Tomino Del Boscaiolo Semi Hard Cheese 150gr
Tomino is an Italian semi-hard cheese originating from Piedmont. Made with cow's milk, the cheese is compacted into a soft and round paste. The flavour is delicate and slightly sweet. It goes well as an appetizer served with cold cuts and bread, or grilled and wrapped in Italian spek; vegetables or a green salad are perfect accompaniments. You can also cut the tomino in half and sandwich it between sun dried tomatoes and arugula: a kind of bread-free panino. It will look pretty as an appetizer.
