Panciocc - The first and inimitable panettone in Italy studded with very fine chocolate drops and soft and fragrant raisins. In 1978 Giampaoli took up the sweet tradition of Christmas and, thanks to an extraordinary intuition, made it even more delicious, replacing the candied fruit with chocolate chips.
