Sea bass is much-appreciated on account of its succulent and rich flesh and its savoury flavour: it is rich in proteins, potassium, phosphorus, iron as well as an excellent source of B vitamins and other vitamins such as D , A, C and E. It’seasy to digest, has few calories and is rich in Omega 3. As it has few fish bones it is particularly suited both to the lazy and to children.

This fish is in fact extremely rich in high biological value proteins, mineral salts, B vitamins and Omega 3. It is also low in fat and calories and easy to digest.
